Does the chinese pregnancy gender calendar work? Here is an interesting debate. Some people say that it works definitely, others don't think so. Here it's begin:
Okay well I want all the moms who know the sex of their baby already to do this and tell me if what you are having matches up with what the calendar says? If so I am supposed to have a girl.
-It was right for both of my first 2 pregnancies. Im not sure about this one though. I either conceived at the end of May or beginning of June. It says a different sex for each of those months. I cant be sure EXACTLY when I conceived so I have no idea this time around.
-Nope, not for me. I was having three girls if it was right. My first child said girl (it was right), my second child said girl (it was wrong), and my third child said girl (it was wrong). I have a daughter and a son and one on the way. So I wouldn't count on that as an accurate predictor.
-It says I should be having a girl but I am having a boy. I looked at it too before I found out what I was having and I was hoping it was wrong because I have a girl and wanted a boy. Thank goodness it was wrong. This is my last pregnancy.
-Don't be silly. It is bound to be ritght 50% of the time. And it's not Chinese! No one in China has heard of it.
-That chart was accurate for my first two kids. I don't know what I'm having this time yet, but I feel like it's a girl, the old wives tales say it's a girl, and this chart says it's a girl.
-My OB nurse swore by it, and all three of my children were accurate on the calendar. However, the educated and logical thinking side of me says that it must just be a coincidence. It isn't scientifically sound. So I'd say it's probably accurate 50% of the time.
Yes, I think that the Chinese Pregnancy Calendar is probably accurate 50% of the time too. Yet it is quite fun!
